 We strive to provide accurate and complete information throughout our website. However, errors sometimes occur regarding pricing, vehicle mileage, financing details, vehicle descriptions, vehicle availability and other content. We reserve the right to correct these and any other errors.  We will not be liable for these errors. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any errors that may occur. The following conditions apply to all prices and information you see regarding new and used vehicle prices posted on Central Vermont Auto Mart or Upper Valley Auto Mart's web sites (referred to as "Dealer"): 

  • Where an actual photograph of the vehicle has not been used and stock photos are being used, these photos do not represent the actual vehicle being purchased. We strive to provide the best possible viewing experience for our customers. To achieve this, we may utilize advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology to enhance and substitute the backgrounds of vehicle photos listed for sale on our website.  Please note that while the vehicles themselves are accurately represented, the backgrounds in the photos may be altered for visual appeal and consistency. This does not affect the actual condition or appearance of the vehicles.
  • Prices posted on this web site are subject to availability and may be limited to only one vehicle at the price posted. 
  • In order to receive the prices posted, you must print off a copy of the posting, showing the web address, date printed which must match the sale date and the price posted, which includes the dealer documentation fee as of 08/01/2022 set at $197.00, but subject to change at a future date. Prices posted do not include, tax, registration fees, state fees or any other fees mandated by law.  If you do not present this documentation on the date of sale, prior to signing the purchase order, you will not receive the sale price and the dealer documentation fee will be in addition to the sale price displayed. 
  • Prices posted on this site are good the day of posing only, subject to our right to correct errors resulting from key punches, electronic or human errors.  
  • Dealer reserves the right to change prices, drop specials or change terms at any time during the day. 
  • The manufacturer's suggested retail price [or MSRP if mentioned, is a price set by the manufacturer and does not necessarily reflect the price actually paid by consumers.  Price comparison to guidebooks also do not necessarily reflect the price actually paid by consumers in the area and are provided as a reference only based on data from an outside vendor. 
  • All financing/lease offers are subject to credit approval by a finance institution, having a relationship with Dealer, of both the customer's credit and at the terms advertised for that individual customer or customer and co-buyers. Listed APR, down payment, payments, incentives and other terms are estimates for example purposes only. Some customers may not qualify for listed programs.   • Any reference to a used vehicle having been through a safety inspection or similar terms does not imply that it was checked for any open recalls. Customers should inquire at NHTSA's website to see if any recalls show as outstanding. 
  • Before purchasing any vehicle, it is your responsibility to address all differences between information on this website or the vehicles label and the actual vehicle specifications and/or any warranties offered prior to the purchase of a vehicle. Vehicle data on this site and the window label is compiled from publicly available sources and staff members. Vehicle data is subject to change without notice.
