How to Qualify:
Recent Purchase or Service - Your business must have purchased a vehicle or serviced a vehicle at our dealership within the past 12 months. Active Business Status - Your business must be currently operational.
Complete Submission - You'll need to provide business details, contact information, and a photo for your feature.
Rotating Selections - Submitting your business does not guarantee immediate selection; we rotate featured businesses to ensure fair exposure.
Content Edits - We reserve the right to edit submissions for clarity, consistency, and space limitations while maintaining your business's core message.

Business Photo & Logo Submission
To successfully feature your business, we require a business-related photo (e.g., business vehicle, storefront, team, product, or service in action). Photo should be taken in landscape mode (i.e. wider than the picture is tall). If you have a high-quality logo, you may also include it (preferred in .png format but may be able to use a .jpg file). Please upload photos by clicking "Upload" and sending them to us by email.*

Terms, Conditions & Disclosures
By submitting this form, you agree to the following terms, conditions, and disclosures governing the Business Advantage Program at Central Vermont Auto Mart and all affiliated dealerships operated by Midstate Auto Group of Vermont LLC (Midstate).
1. Program Eligibility & Participation
✔ Recent Purchase or Service Requirement - The business must have purchased or serviced a vehicle at Central Vermont Auto Mart within the past 12 months.
✔ Active Business Status - The business must be currently operational at the time of application.
✔ Complete Submission - The business must provide accurate and complete details, including a business description, contact information, and a photo/logo for promotion.
✔ Rotating Selections - Submitting a business does not guarantee immediate selection; featured businesses are rotated to ensure fair exposure.
✔ Content Edits - Midstate reserves the right to edit submitted content for clarity, consistency, formatting, and space limitations while maintaining the business's core message.
2. Business Feature & Content Usage
✔ By submitting materials, the business grants Midstate a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, modify, and distribute the content (including logos, descriptions, and images) on:
- Our website
- Our social media channels
- Our customer newsletters
- Any other dealership-affiliated marketing platforms
✔ The business confirms that it owns or has full rights to use any logos, images, and content submitted to Midstate.
✔ The business agrees to indemnify and hold Midstate harmless from any claims related to copyright, trademark, or intellectual property disputes resulting from their submission.
✔ If the business requests removal from the Business Advantage Page, Midstate will make reasonable efforts to remove the content in a timely manner, but prior mentions in newsletters, social media, or shared materials cannot be retroactively removed.
3. No Endorsement or Liability
✔ The inclusion of a business in this program does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee by Midstate Auto Group or any of its dealerships.
✔ Customers are encouraged to perform their own due diligence before engaging with any business featured in this program.
✔ Midstate assumes no liability for the accuracy of information provided by the featured businesses or for any errors, omissions, or outdated details. If an issue is identified, we will correct or remove the content as soon as practicably possible.
✔ The business agrees to hold Midstate Auto Group and its affiliated dealerships harmless from any claims, disputes, or liabilities arising from its participation in this program.
4. Service Priority Scheduling
✔ Priority scheduling means the business will receive expedited appointment booking when possible.
✔ This does not guarantee immediate or same-day service and is subject to service department availability.
5. Program Rights & Limitations
✔ Midstate Auto Group reserves the right to:
- Terminate the Business Advantage Program at any time, with or without prior notice.
- Decline to feature a business, if in our sole judgment, it does not align with our dealership values or program objectives.
- Make final determinations on all matters related to this program.
✔ The Business Advantage Program applies to all dealerships operated by Midstate Auto Group of Vermont LLC, including those under various d/b/a names. Information and marketing materials provided by a business may be shared and used jointly by all Midstate dealerships.
6. Business Responsibility for Accuracy
✔ The business is solely responsible for ensuring that the information provided (including business details, contact information, and images) is accurate and up to date.
✔ If any submitted details change (such as contact information, business status, website links, or photos), the business must notify Midstate Auto Group promptly to update the listing.
✔ Midstate is not responsible for outdated or incorrect business details and is not obligated to make updates upon request.
7. Agreement to Terms
By submitting this form, the business owner/representative acknowledges and agrees to all terms, conditions, and disclosures outlined above.
